We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it for a refund, or credit. Sorry, but we are UNABLE TO REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
Claim Period For Returns
All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email at us emeraldboaapothecary@gmail.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be on the outside of your return shipment.
We do our best to process all returns within a two-week time frame from the claim being received.
